WIAW: Beautiful and balanced summer eats this week so far..

A yummy breakfast of berries with soy milk, quinoa bowl and a small green smoothie.  My favorite breakfast lately which I’ll usually enjoy with an egg white and green or black tea.

Vegetarian “sushi” rolls with egg, daikon, carrot and cucumber.  The perfect portable lunch.
