Yoga & a tropical smoothie on a winter evening

I believe that one of the best ways to end a work day is with a beautiful yoga session.

My intent today was to organize my days to incorporate more routine- since I work only part-time, this has been a struggle!

A delicious smoothie ended the evening perfectly.

Tropical Energy Smoothie

  • Coconut water, fresh from young thai coconut, with coconut flesh
  • Frozen pineapple pieces (about 1 cup)
  • Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Ice for frosty goodness

Blend it up in your vitamixer & Enjoy… 🙂
